Program purpose

This portal is for eligible organizations requesting Teadot sponsorship support for events and related activities. Access is limited to approved accounts, and approval may be automatic or manually reviewed.

Available sponsorship items

Approved student clubs may request discount coupons, drink vouchers, promotional drinks, gift certificates, and subsidized bulk orders. Availability and quantities depend on factors including participant count, previous collaborations, purchase history, club size, event type, timing, and allowance limits.

Eligibility and request review

Teadot may approve, partially approve, reject, suspend, or revoke any request or account. Teadot does not respond to religious, political, or Greek life related sponsorship requests. Users must provide accurate organization, contact, event, and attendance information.

Redemption rules

Coupons, vouchers, gift certificates, and sponsored items are redeemable only according to their printed or portal-stated terms. Unless Teadot states otherwise, they are redeemable in person at the cashier, limited to one person per coupon per order, cannot be stacked with other promotions, apply only to eligible beverages or food items, and are accepted only until the printed expiration date.

Bulk orders

Subsidized bulk orders are for store pickup unless otherwise arranged. Store pickup is free, Teadot may provide boxes for transportation, and delivery or third-party service fees are extra and are not guaranteed by the sponsorship program.

Proper use and brand protection

Sponsored items, Teadot's name, logo, and program materials must not be misused, misrepresented, resold, transferred outside the approved event, or used in misleading, harmful, unlawful, or unauthorized promotions. Misuse, abuse, misrepresentation, or unauthorized logo use may result in rejection of redemptions, suspension, or a permanent ban.

Portal account responsibilities

Users are responsible for keeping login credentials secure, using the portal only for authorized organization purposes, and promptly updating inaccurate account or event information. Shared, false, duplicate, or unauthorized accounts may be removed.

Privacy and Canadian compliance

Teadot collects and uses submitted information to administer accounts, review sponsorship requests, communicate about requests, prevent misuse, maintain records, and operate the portal. Information may be stored or processed by service providers used to run the portal. Users must only submit personal information they are authorized to provide and may contact Teadot to request access or correction where required by applicable Canadian privacy law.

Email communications

By creating an account, users consent to receive account, request, sponsorship, and portal-related emails. Users may also receive marketing promotions for items or offers available through the portal. Marketing emails will identify Teadot and include a way to unsubscribe where required by Canada's anti-spam rules.

No guarantee and changes

Sponsorship support is discretionary and does not guarantee availability, approval, quantity, delivery, pricing, or continued access. Teadot may update program rules, allowance limits, portal features, and these Terms from time to time.
